Resume and JD context Plan and credit visibility Mac and Windows builds Stripe checkout ready First-run readiness wizard

Built for the messy middle of an interview.

Most tools help before the call. SteadySay focuses on the moment when a question lands, your notes are scattered, and you need a clear next sentence.

Personal context first

Add your resume, role notes, and job description during setup so coaching starts from your actual story, not generic advice.

Readable under pressure

Short, STAR, and technical answer styles help you switch between crisp summaries, behavioral structure, and deeper technical explanation.

Commercial spine

Sign in, sign up, billing portal, checkout links, first-run setup, and release packaging are wired into a standalone product repo.

From download to first useful answer.

The product is shaped around a simple promise: a buyer should be able to install, authenticate, add context, pass readiness checks, and run a coaching session without hand-holding.

1

Create your account

Use built-in sign in, sign up, email verification, password reset, and token refresh flows.

2

Add role context

Paste a job description and attach your resume or prep notes. Sync can keep context available across sessions.

3

Run the readiness check

Confirm API access, microphone capture, screen permissions, and plan status before a real interview.

Launch downloads

Install the desktop overlay.

Point these buttons at signed release artifacts before public launch. For now, they document the exact URLs your hosted installers should occupy.

Responsible by design.

SteadySay should be sold as preparation and permitted conversation support, not as a promise to deceive interviewers or bypass rules.

Clear boundaries

The acceptable use policy prohibits deception, unauthorized assistance, cheating, and use in settings where outside help is banned.

Questions buyers ask.

Short, direct answers for the landing page. Save the deep debugging steps for support.

Does the app include sign in and sign up?

Yes. The desktop overlay includes login, account creation, signup email verification, password reset, refresh tokens, sign out, and an auth gate before app access.

What backend does it need?

It needs the API contract documented in this repository: auth, AI chat, transcription, overlay sync, and subscription endpoints.

Can users manage billing from the overlay?

Yes. The account panel can load subscription status, show credits, open hosted checkout, and open the Stripe billing portal.

Is this ready for public launch?

The product has the sales spine now. Before public launch, finish signing/notarization, production backend checks, hosted downloads, legal review, and clean-machine QA.
